You can enable this option by clicking on ‘Subscribe’ link located on top right of window .

R_M_AgencyParticipantThanks.
Does this mean I have to remember to subscribe to every thread?
Can I not check a subscribe box in my account settings to automatically receive notifications for all of my topics?
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Yes you have to remember to subscribe to every topic, I also recommend you remember to unsubscribe once your topic issue is solved, we keep all the thread to the public so they can consult and find answers alone, often other customers will use a thread you started, so if you did not subscribe you will keep getting notifications.
If you forget that, I would like to let you know that we often answer the threads in 3h or even less, all depends on the complexity of the issue and how busy we are. Maximum waiting time 24h.
Thanks,
Joao

R_M_AgencyParticipantHi Joao,
Thanks for the info.
Shame I have to remember to subscribe to every thread. This is not user friendly. Please consider an alternative solution, as I flick between many support forums and will easily forget to subscribe.
A simple unsubscribe from thread in each email could work.
I hope my feedback helps with you UX.
Cheers

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for your feedback. But lots of users thinks differently and we always value your choice as the options are for users. Most of the people find this annoying to get email notification by default for every post they made or commented. So we had to stop this and made this open so people can subscribe if needed.
However if we get more feedback like yours then we might think differently again as I said it’s all about user experience and feedback.Hope this makes sense.

R_M_AgencyParticipantOkay, I understand.
But at least move the subscribe feature to the bottom of the thread creation box, it’s completely lost at the top, most of the time not even on the screen!
Please see the attached screenshot for another support forum I use, their system is much more user friendly, please replicate.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
