Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! You may used Integrity stack and create the page in Cornerstone using the Blank – No Container | Header, Footer page template. The fade effects can be done through the fade effects present in column settings in Cornerstone. The layout of the page can be done in Cornerstone with used of elements and the navbar will need some customizations which were already ask in the forum.
