    Hello!

The price is displayed below the prodcut in a white container. I can edit the font color from customizer but not the background color, but i think i’m missing something.

Here is a video (1 min long) that describes my issue and how i’ve tried to solve it.

I’m pretty lost, myself. I absolutely love this theme and the capabilities it has. I’m not trained in coding but I can read parts here and there and edit code when needed but I must have installed the theme incorrectly, because when I go to Apperance>Customize I only see widgets and when I click on that I get the following message:

There are no widget areas currently rendered in the preview. Navigate in the preview to a template that makes use of a widget area in order to access its widgets here.

I was able to change the page background for the store’s landing page as it appears in my pages but I am also trying to change my individual product page’s background. The same customizing options don’t display anywhere on the product edit page (which is not available under ‘pages’ but ‘products’. Additionally I don’t see the theme options on the product edit pages to add the widgets for products like I have on the main shop landing page: http://www.splashdownproductions.com/shop

    Hello There,

It would be best to try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If the issue still persists after that, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Thank you for the reply! I am going to test out turning off third party plugins now and respond with the results.

I’m back after shutting off all plugins and that solved the problem! Thank you so much for your assistance! The plugin that was giving me trouble was “Zorbix Framework” Version 1.0.7 | By Zackary Allnutt. That must have been from a previous theme. Thank you again for resolving this matter for me. I will likely purchase more licenses in the future and recommend your theme to everyone I know who needs a great theme.
