Hi..I recently bought X The Theme and I cannot determine for sure which demo would best suit my end product. My understanding is that to try a different demo content, I would have to delete the present demo. If that is true, please direct me to the best and easiest way to do that. Or, if there is a better way to try different demos, please let me know that, too. Thank you!

    Hey There,

You can remove manually the demo content in your page that is not needed. You may also want to trash the portfolios and blog posts that comes with the demo content. When you first install the X theme, that was considered as blank until you setup the demo content on the Addons. Everytime you install a new demo, you can either delete the old demo blog posts/media/portfolios you don’t want anymore.

A better way to try the demos would be to browse through them from our website’s demos section : http://theme.co/x/#demos

    Hope it helps, Cheers!

Thanks, Rahul, for your quick response. I did browse through the demos, but I need to try some changes that we intend for end product. And, if those changes may indicate that a different demo content should be tried. So, just to be clear, as long as I delete all the existing demo content pages, menus, blog posts, and media (if any), I should be able to choose and setup a different demo content. Is that true? In other words, I shouldn’t have to delete or remove and files in the themes directory. Thanks for your patience!

    Hi there,

You don’t have to remove pages, posts , etc to try another demo content. Your pages won’t be over written when new demo content is imported.

    Hope it helps.
