    Hi everyone!

    I just bought a new X-theme v4.5.2 licence for a new private intranet website….

I disabled X-theme “X Integration” option, because I like to use the basics elements included in Visual Composer, and great surprise, the list of elements is almost empty (see screenshot in attachment in this message)
I cleared my cache after to disable “X Integration” option without effects 🙁
What to do? there is a bug?

It’s odd, I haven’t this problem on another website using X-theme… very weird…

    Regards,

    Nico.

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! What is the current version of your visual composer? Could you please try deleting it and then you can install the latest version through X Addons section within your WordPress backend.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!

    I done, unsuccessfully 🙁

My current version of Visual Composer is 4.11.2.1, WordPress informs me that a new version 4.12 is available, but I cannot update it… of course we must to wait that Theme.co updates yourself a new build of theme with new updates embedded 🙂

    Hey there,

That is the latest supported version (see https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/). Please ignore the update notification for now.

    Thanks.

Hi, I reinstalled all again, the problem still there 🙁

EDT: We can see in my new screenshot attached, it seems tht the plugin doesn’t contains all elements?

ok, I found the solution, I have to uncheck all “Hide Teaser Metabox”, “Remove Native Elements”, “Remove Default Templates”, “Remove Frontend Editor” and “Hide Design Options” options in and to end up uncheck “X Integration” and not “X Integration” directly first !
Now, it works!!! I get all basics elements included in Visual Composer… there is probably a bug or something to recheck to avoid this problem….
Maybe no to hide the options when we disable “X Integration” option…

    Cheers,
