    Hi,

    I assigned a new site (www.designthinkersgroup.us) with a new license. I’m trying to sign in with my account name and Purchase Code but I get an error, “This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”

    I’m simply trying to get my API key to connect Google Analytics.

    Let me know how to proceed. I can upload screen shots if I need to.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Where you have added the new license? On your current account (think5577) ? In that case, you are already logged in. Would you clarify a bit and provide some other information in a private reply?

    – Purchase code
    – Your account username
    – WordPress site credentials

    Hi There,

    Please follow this steps:

    1] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    https://community.theme.co/my-account/
    2] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    3] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    Hi there,

    In regards with X Addons page, you’re using old version of X so please update your theme.
    You should click on login link as you’ve registered once before.

    Hello There,

    You can merge all your X licenses to your main account here in our community forum. All you have to do is post those purchase codes with their respective usernames so that we can merge it to your main account.

    Another thing, you might get confused with Automatic Updates. There is no automatic updates which will update your X theme immediately. You still have to manually click the update button to update X theme. When X theme is not validated in your site, you cannot do this within your dashboard. If X is not validated, you need to download the latest version of X from your dashboard and upload all the files to your server using ftp. See Manual Updates here (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/)

    And if you want to validate X even if you are using an older X, please do the following:

    1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    2] Go back to X Addons > Product Validation, and insert the license code as a replacement for the API key.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    You need to validate X to be able to access the Themeco plugin repository so that you can install the X Google Analytics and all the other X bundled plugins.

    If you have all the licenses under one account you can access :

    https://community.theme.co/my-account/

    And you will be able to see all your licenses and which is assigned to what site.

    Also, the language X Theme uses is a bit confusing.

    – License
    – Envato Purchase Code
    – API Key

    Are all used to describe the same thing. Might be worth using the same word/phrase.
