I have two websites:

First one is working fine, integrity1.biz (hosted on hostpapa.co.nz)

Second one I am having trouble validating nzdogtrainer.co.nz (hosted on supremecenterhost.com)

I’m not a techie. I’m a dog trainer who likes to fiddle with designing websites because I enjoy design. Can someone please in simple language tell me what to do, as I’d LOVE to get Xtheme working on my dog training website. I’m so excited about what it can do!

Yes, I have purchased two licences. I believe everything is up to date. That’s all good. Here’s the screenshots of what happens:

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! You should be able to update Cornerstone if you have X license validated.
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

Please contact your hosting support and confirm the following:

- install cURL support for PHP
– site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
- firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co
– allow_url_fopen is enabled.
