    Hi there,

    I have validated multiple sites with no problem. I have recently setup a new site, just bought a licence, have a new code, yet when I try to validate I get the message:

    Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

    Can someone help me get this verified please?

    Kindly remove the domain from the license and assign again. Let us know if the issue still persist.

    Do you mean, unassign the site through my Themeco account (Home > My Account > Manage Licenses)?

    I have done that, now I guess you want me to reassign directly through the WordPress backend?

    I tried that several times as well. I have unassigned it again now but am still getting the same error.

    Let me know if you need any logins and thanks for sorting it out.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!
    Please do the following:

    1] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
    2] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    3] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    I have done this multiple times. Something is wrong. The code is not working. Please look into this further – the generic help is not working, I have done the required steps multiple times. I need more detailed and higher support please – this is the third request for help now.

    Hey there,

    I’m sorry you’re having more issues here. I’ve taken a look, and this is because somehow you have the same license recorded on your profile twice. There was a bug in our validation system when it was first setup that would not remove a trailing space when validating the license. This is why you have %B after your first purchase code – it’s an encoding for a space character. You’re already using the purchase code c423fe43-cc8c-4e9b-8361-cdc8e5997557 on another domain which is why your site is giving your that error message. Let us know which URL you want to use the code on and we can delete the additional record with the space character since that won’t be able to validate.
