    Hello,
    I am having some trouble using the slider templates from the Revolution Slider plugin that came bundled with the X Theme License download. I am trying to implement one of the basic sliders on a page, but the plugin keeps saying that it still needs to be activated. I know that it should not require activation due to being bundled and customized for X, but this seems like something else is wrong. The URL to the site is: http://iamcreatrix.com/ Is there any help I can get with this issue? It seems like it may just be a bug.

    I have included a screenshot of this error as well.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi There,

    To use revolution slider templates you will need to import the slider, you cannot simply click Add Slider From Template

    You can download the free templates from:

    https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

    And on your website > Slider Revolution > Click Import Slider.
