    I’m having trouble installing both the X-Theme update and the cornerstone update.

    I’m getting the following errors:

    Downloading update from http://themeco-packages.s3.amazonaws.com/d940c8c440f230138995a40c4daf0904/x_package/x.zip…
    Unpacking the update…
    An error occurred while updating X: Could not copy file. x/framework/functions/global/admin/customizer/register.php

    Please help.

    Hi there,

    It seems a permission issue. As you are using a security plugin, I think it’s setting such permission to prevent writing on plugin directories. Let’s check the settings of Wordfence or deactivate this to try again.
