Craig DParticipantGood morning,
I successfully loaded PowerPress and the setup is creating Podcasts and posting them on my Posts page and sending them to iTunes just fine. But I can’t get The Grid to display them in 3 columns by 3 rows on the Posts page. I’ve checked the code in the Post page, and [cs_the_grid name=”StraitGate Grid”] is there as specified by The Grid instructions. I also double checked The Grid setup to insure I set up a 3 x 3 grid.
The 5 Podcasts are currently showing in the Posts page sequentially and a full page each. Any suggestions? I would have included my site logon credentials, but I don’t see a way to make this private.
Thanks in advance for your help,
CD

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
I see, that maybe due to cache or some other configuration. Would you mind providing your site’s URL that has this issue, and login credentials so I could check your grid setting.
Thanks!

Paul RModeratorHi Craig,
You can change the layout of your blog under Blog in the customizer.

Craig DParticipantGood morning,
That works great, and looks just like I want it to. But I was hoping to display 9 posts instead of 6. Are you saying it can’t be done with The Grid?
Thanks,
CD

Craig DParticipantHello again,
I didn’t have enough posts to test the 9 display setup. After adding 3 more, I see that it’s displaying 9 blocks. So cool! Final question: Is The Grid required to do this, or does the Blog Customization do it alone?
You guys are great! Always with a quick answer for the BEST theme ever!
Thanks so much,
CD

Rue NelModeratorHey CD,
The grid in your blog relies on the settings you have in the customizer. You can select the number column in Appearance > Customize > Blog > Column. The number of grid items depends on the settings you set in the general settings, Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most by which the default is 10. So if you only want to display 3×3 or 9 items, you must change this setting to 9.
Hope this explains it briefly.

Craig DParticipantGot it. That explains it perfectly.
Thanks again,
