    my previews in cornerstone are all messed up. I have tried updating the them and cornerstone to no avail. What gives?

    I’m getting a note about unlcosed HTML, which is strange because I haven’t touched the site in awhile, and last time I checked everything was fine. I am wondering if this is an issue as a result of the update. If not, I’m wondering what the best way is to find out where the errors are.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Are you getting this on specific pages? If you are getting this on specific page then there is a chance of having illegal character or unclosed tag that might prevent Cornerstone preview.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    It is possible that the yoga studio owner logged in and made some changes, but it seems I am having problems since updating. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!.

    Hi,

    You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
