    I am trying to install the Education Expanded Demo onto a subdomain of my site. I have successfully downloaded the church theme on another sub domain (tcs.mitchdong.com), but it won’t work on this one…

    I even tried changing the mb limit (as suggested in the troubleshooting section) in the code, but that screwed up the site and I had to do a fresh install.

    Is there a way to manually install the demo content? If not, are you able to do it from your end?

    The correct domain is: new.cambridgeclassical.org

    Hi Mitch,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Looks like your site can’t handle the processing load of other demos. It throws internal server error.

    I like to check it through FTP but it won’t let me,

    Status:	Check your login credentials. The entered password starts or ends with a space character.
Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

    Please check and let me know.

    I talked to the host, and they increased the wordpress memory limit, and file size limits in the php… still failing.

    Should I install a fresh X theme?

    Hey There,

    We’ve been relocating our demos internally on the server and that created a bug for a while not letting users install it on their sites. We’re back to normal now.
