    I went to the X Addons menu and went to the Extensions section to enable the included Slider Revolution Extension that comes with X. When I click on the Install button, it comes back with “Error encountered”. When I looked at the Details it says “Destination folder already exists”

    Help?? What can i do to fix this?

    P.S. I did a WordPress ugprade a few days ago, is this linked to that? (maybe I will have to refrain from doing any more upgrades of both WordPress and X going forward)

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
