I’m trying to use the background image in my first cornerstone section as a background for the Topbar, Logobar, and navbar.

I have tried a number of the suggestions here and I cannot get it to work.

I would also like to have the navbar stuck to the top of the page as you scroll and only to be transparent while at the top of the page. When you scroll I would like the background to be solid white.

Any help in getting this working would be great.

Please add this CSS to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > CSS

.home .x-navbar, .home .x-logobar, .home .x-topbar {
background-color: transparent;
}
.home .masthead {
height: 0px;
}

That worked perfectly. Now is there a way for the navbar background to be white while you scroll.
