    Hello,

    I’m new to WordPress and i have installed Loco Translate to translate Theme X to dutch. I get these errors:
    – No translation template for the “__x__” text domain
    – One file can’t be matched to a known set of strings

    I have everything installed from the WordPress admin environment.

    Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

    wordpress version: 4.6.1
    theme x version: 4.6.4

    Hi,

    that doesn’t help. I don’t have ftp and i’m not a technical person.
    Do you have any ideas why i get these error messages? Is this a on of a kind case?

    qTranslate x will make my site multilingual, that’s not what I want.
    What are my options? I’m stuck right now….

    In that case, the only option would be to hire a WordPress developer to translate your site as translation requires a technical process as you can see in the link given previously. That is the way to translate your site, single or multi-lingual translation.

    I still have these questions:
    Why can’t you translate the theme using a plugin like Loco Translate and why do I get these error messages? These plugins are build for this.

    Anybody?

    Have you made a translation using Poedit? Please follow the instructions here https://community.theme.co/kb/translation/. If you’re not comfortable doing this though because it’s technical, it would be best to have a third party developer translate your site for you.
