    Hi,

    I have a client whose website we are no longer maintaining. I would like to transfer the license attached to their site to them. They probably have to create an account first right? Please let me know how we proceed and whats needed to get it transferred to them.

    Hi Sofia,

    Please inform which license that would be and we will disconnect the license from your account and than they can create their account using the license number.

    The purchase code is freed up and can be used to create a new account or add it to an existing account.
