Hi,
We need to transfer the licence to our client. I’ve read that we need to provide you the licence key & client’s account here to make the transfer. I can provide the key but client doesn’t have an account here and to create we need to use a purchase key. Could you please suggest how can we make this transfer.
Could you also confirm how the theme licences work with multiple installations please? For example, we purchased one licence of X-Theme which is being used on a live domain ex clientname.com. Can we use this on the staging site that is hosted behind a firewall & not accessible to outside world on our dev server like clientname.ourdomain.com.

Hi Mani,
You can point us the purchase key so that we could free up that. Then your client will be able to use this to create his account. Note that the existing account for the purchase key will be terminated.
And you can use a live domain along with a staging domain with single purchase key.

Freeing that purchase code up would mean that you lose your account and access to the member area. Please confirm this.
Yes, we will create a new one with our clients ID and add this.
