Hi. I’ve recently transferred my website to siteground but realised that it wasn’t great and I’ve got a account with HostGator. However I don’t have access to my website and revoke my X theme validation since my account was cancelled . I had bought the X theme and slider revolution plugin and had applied the register ation code but I didn’t have a chance to revoke my validation . Can I still use the registeration code for the X theme and slider revolution?

Pls help

What is the use of having the slider revolution plugin , the layer slider wp and soliloquy plugin when they are the same slider plugins,

What I mean is that why pay so much money to get the license code for the plugin if they all do the same job.

Pls solve all my queries .

Of course you can still use the X-Theme code to use again. In order to do so, you can revoke and reassign license back.

An upgraded X-Theme carries a bundle of premium plugins which you can use for free. You don’t need to buy theme additionally, they are there for free to all the licensed users.

Hi There,

Your X Registration code will work, we advice you to revoke your URL on your themeco account and re-assign it and it should work without problems. Please follow this steps:

1] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
2] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
3] Go to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license.

Regarding Slider Revolution you don´t need to register it, it will work without being validated with fully functionalities, the only difference between a purchased registered Slider Revolution and X is that you won´t have Theme Punch Support(but we will help you if you need) and you won´t be able to download some of their Premium Slider Templates.
