I Have 4 licenses of X Theme. The first one I bought didn’t yet come with Cornerstone. I have used Cornerstone on just one of the sites I built, and now I would like to use it on the first license of X that I bought. Is it possible for me to install Cornerstone on the first site, perhaps by transferring it from one of the other licenses?

Yes, you should be able to install cornerstone on all x themes. Please provide us with URL, login credentials and purchase code in private replay.

Please follow these steps:
Deactivate (To later uninstall X-Shortcodes Plugin)
Try updating your theme via WP-Admin Dashboard.
Once you have updated Cornerstone should be installed automatically.
If you can´t do that, you can do a manual update via FTP, please follow the steps below:
1. Temporary disable any caching plugins and purge all your server cache.
2. Delete both X theme (/wp-content/themes/x) and Cornerstone plugin (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone) by connecting to your FTP (your settings will be saved in the database)
3. Download the latest copy of X and upload it to your themes folder via FTP OR you can upload the x.zip via Appearance -> Themes section.
4. Latest version of Cornerstone will be installed automatically when you head over X Addons section. Now you try validating your X theme again and then try to install any other extension and it should function properly.
*** Notice that you are using a Child theme and independently of way you do your X Theme update you will also need to update your Child Theme in order it to work, please refer to this topic:
