    For the last couple of sites I have created with X & Cornerstone, both clients have mentioned that the parallax & background video effect not working.

    Is there a workaround on how to enable these effects for users using computers like Dell Precision & Microsoft Surface Pro that offer touch screens?

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Since you are using computers with touch Screen functionality, it will not work. As touch screen devices are considered mobile devices and parallax feature is disabled on mobile.

    Regretfully, there is currently no workaround for this.
