    I’ve put the correct sized images in the site icons section of my Integrity test site, but the touch icon is showing as solid black when I ‘add to home screen’ from Safari on iPhone 7. Can you please have a look and let me know why it’s not working? dsa.onezero.co.nz

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. I carefully check your site and it appears that a certain plugin is adding another favicon. Please check out this code:

    This could be generated by a third party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks very much for your help. Unfortunately this hasn’t resolved the issue. It’s still just solid black instead of the icon even when all plugins are deactivated. Any other help would be greatly appreciated!

    I’ve downloaded the additional icon that you have highlighted. Apart from the size difference (this one is 180×180 and the one I inserted is 152×152), the icons are exactly the same (see attached), but neither is showing as the touch icon.
