    I added a top bar and social icons to my Renew stack website here:

    http://demo.tourismbuilder.com/beokinawa/httpdocs/

    You can see when I’m editing in customizer that they appear perfectly.

    But, after I close customizer, they disappear from the top bar as well as from the footer.

    Do you know why this could be happening?

    I’ve tried to:
    — clear cache
    — disable all plugins
    — switch themes
    — deleting all custom css

    Nothing works.

    There is no custom programming. Checking the source code you can clearly see that the HTML code for both header and footer social icons is there. Thoughts?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the credentials. The social icons shows up on my end, both on Customizer and Frontend.

    Customizer -> http://prnt.sc/cikd21
    Frontend -> http://prnt.sc/cikd3p

    Please try using another browser, or use incognito mode.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!

    I see the error now. Adblock Plus is preventing them from showing up.

    Are yours blocked too when you view the site with Adblock plus enabled?

    If so, that may be something you guys want to look into changing as this will prevent many people from viewing them if Adblock Global Filters has added your HTML source to its list.

    In any case, thanks for looking into it!

    Thanks for reporting. We have already submitted this report to the dev team which they can have a look at.
