faquickParticipantHi,
I recently updated the theme and slider revolution, and now the slider on top of my page is not loading anymore.
I tried checking my child theme files, plugins, deactivating and reactivating the slider, nothing changes.
Can you please point me in the right direction?
Thank you.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Please ensure Slider Revolution is updated also. See https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/ for the version. If that doesn’t help. Hey there,
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. It seems you have set the “Featured post” to show but I guess you don’t have any featured post. I have tried to set random and it was showing fine – http://prntscr.com/bsxvnj
So let’s set some featured post or change the option.
Hope this makes sense.

faquickParticipantOh I see now.
Previously it worked just with “featured” posts as selected in standard WordPress fields, we never touched an X-theme specific field.
Is there any way to revert to that behaviour? In the meantime, we will start using both fields from now on 🙂

RadModeratorHi there,
I think it’s because your home page is both blog and archive page. Not sure why, but I saw this issue before even on old verions and it’s more related to WordPress. And sometimes random, would you mind selecting both options?
Thanks!
