    Hello Guys,

    I am using several onepages and a used the primary menu location with the inbuilt onepage navigation function on x-theme…I am currently also having some troubles with css of the onepage navigation, but I already posted this in another thread (just to let you know, because maybe your confused why it looks weird..)

    My question is: I have to also navigate between the pages and not only navigate my onepages. Together with help of your great Forum I could add links of my pages in the top bar and simulate a menu for 2 languages, which is great!! Thank you guys very much, so far!
    Unfortunately there’s a lot of pages and now the navigation looks a bit confusing. Also it looks VERY weird in mobile mode. Do you have any tipps, how we can improve this? Is it possible put this together in a toggle for example? I would be very thankful of any ideas!

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Christian,

    Sincerly when you described I expected a confusion.

    But I believe you organized it quite well.

    You have the topbar navigation to travel to other pages and than your main navigation you are using as a one page navigation.

    I guess that is good.

    My tip would be to make that topbar navigation stand out more, maybe make it red and bigger bold font, I don´t know.

    It looks like a secondary navigation when actually it is not.

    So I guess that would be my tip, make sure that the top.

    You could add the following code to Appereance > Customizer > Custom > CSS and play with it:

    .x-topbar .p-info a {
        color: #ac1100!important;
        font-size: 17px !important;
        font-weight: 600;
        text-transform: uppercase;
    }

    Or

    My other suggestion, would be, give up on this menu layout, have your normal menu at your navbar, and than inside cornerstone on each page on the first section build the one page menu manually, by dividing your first section in for example 6 columns and putting on custom headline with a link to the sections on each of those custom headlines…

    I personally think second choice is more clear, but both can be good if well done.

    Hope that helps

    Hi Joao,

    Thank you so very much for this long and detailed answer!
    I’ve added your code and played with it. Unfortunately I cannot set a huge font size, because I have too many menu items…

    The most disturbing thing for me at the moment is that, it is just not user friendly in mobile mode…nobody would like to navigate on this page on mobile mode….

    Also I would like to beeing able to set a submenu, making the navigation even more light and easier to understand…

    I know that I am asking for much! I am just wondering how other people are handling this topic as x-theme seems to be made for the use of multiple onepages….

    Unfortunately I don’t like the idea very much of adding menu items to cornerstone or visual composer, because I think that won’t look very good and also I would be confronted with the mobile menu toggle problem.

    Do you see any possibilty, placing a real menu into the topbar, that also behaves like a menu (switches to toggle on mobile) and adding submenus?

    I am so very thankful for your awesome support!!

    Hi There,

    It could be possible to add a dropdown menu on the topbar, but I am not sure that is still the best solution :p

    Let me suggest you something else,

    Have you considered using Superfly? It is one X Addons, it is modern and awesome, that way you could have your main menu running on Superfly while your one page navigation running on your navbar.

    Let us know your thoughts,

    Joao

    Hello Joao,

    I see have you already done somthing my css from the other thread regarding the navigation menu – this is aweomse – thank you very much!!

    Your recommendation to superfly was awesome, this is exactly, what I was searching for! Thank you very very much!!

    Unfortunately superfly is causing some crash with the main navigation on scrolling (sorry)…
    Also, is there any option to make superfly open-and close-able. So for example a toggle button, which allows to open the menu?
    Because now on mobile mode, half of the screen is menu 🙂

    Thank you very very much!

    Hi Christian,

    Thanks for writing back. Kindly follow the Superfly documentation – https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-superfly/

    Official documentation – http://superfly.looks-awesome.com/docs/Getting_Started

    You will see on the guide (first link) that you can set the behavior – http://prntscr.com/csdg0m

    You need to set “Slide in” and I believe that’s what you need. Let’s explore other options as well because it’s very rich plugin.

    Cheers!

    Dear Rupok!

    Thank you very much for the advice, that was a good hint!!
    Unfortunately, when I set it to slide in – I don’t see any option on live page to open the menu…
    I am doing anything wrong. I couldn solve my problem, reading the docs….do you have any other ideas?

    Thank you so much!
    Also is it possible to use the menu in german and english?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi Christian,

    Please go to Button tab > Set BUTTON VISIBILITY to ON. See attached screenshots.

    Would you mind clarifying what you meant about the menu in german and english?
