Hi
I’m trying to customize my top bar and get the following (left to right):
1. A dropdown button which will lead to 7 items.
2. 3 Regular buttons.
3. A button with a phone icon.
*It would be best if the buttons’ background will be transparent (meaning only the buttons’ text will show).
How can I customize my top bar to achieve that?

Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!

As mentioned on the forum sidebar; Support covers getting setup, theme features, and bug fixes. We often help our users with some CSS for small tweaks and beautification, but if that requires complex coding or out of the box customization; we can’t help much and that’s out of our support scope.
However you can place your Topbar content within Customize > Header > Topbar Content. After doing so; if you need our help to adjust anything; we’ll surely help you to get it done.
