    Other add-ons install OK.
    Latest versions of everything.
    What can I do?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing the correct FTP credentials? Or you can delete the revslider folder through FTP in /wp-content/plugins/ folder.

    It will not install as long as the folder is there.

    Hi there,

    Still can’t connect, maybe a wrong username? Or perhaps a security blocking me since I can’t even initiate the connection. How about hosting panel login credentials, maybe I could use their file manager if available.

    Hi there,

    It’s due to existing folder of revslider within /wp-content/plugins/ folder. Deleting it through FTP should allow the installation again.
