    Hey there,

Another support member here. Your page https://entertaincapital.com/process2/ is not available anymore. Please check.

Do you have a Google Map element in the page? If so, there’s a current issue that will make sections disappear when the Google Map API field is blank or have wrong API. Please see https://developers.google.com/maps/ to get your Google Map API.

    Thanks.

Oh sorry…I moved it to /process (for the client….process2 was my staging page). It’s at https://entertaincapital.com/process/ now (and accessible via the tab in the navigation)

As far as Google maps, no, no maps activated on that page or even on the site. Yes, aware of the maps issue from a previous X site I built (thought that was fixed though?) But nonetheless, no, there’s no map on that page.

I think it’s easiest if you guys just log into the page and see what it’s doing. Try adding a column and see what happens to the page (just don’t save it….because it looks like when you add a column, all columns disappear. I just back out of the page without saving to restore the page). But I am going to make a back up of the page just in case….because I don’t want to lose what I already have there. But I need at least 2 to maybe 4 more columns to finish the page.

    Thanks

    Hey there,

I’ve discovered the issue. In your Phase 1 – Blue Moon steps section, you have an empty Feature List element. It means you have no feature list item in there (see attachment). You can delete it by switching to Skeleton mode. I saved your page as a template which I’ve tested here https://entertaincapital.com/x-support-test/ which is now working.

    Hope that helps. 🙂

Oh great! Glad to hear you figured out the problem! Thank you! Though, I’m sorry, what’s skeleton mode, and how do I turn it on? I tried finding it using your example page, but could not. And once on, I assume, based on your screen shot here, that I can just delete the extra Featured list element?

    Thanks so much

    Hi There,

I have highlighted the button you need to click in order to bring Skeleton Mode.

    Please see image attached.

    Hope that helps

Perfect…thank you! Fixed it, and now works! So it was only that that was causing the issue?

Is there a limit to the number of sections that a page can have? Just curious for future reference….thanks

    Hi there,

You can create sections to your heart’s content but please note that the longer the page gets and the more media files you add to the page, the load time will also take some time.
