There have been some posts about this before, but they haven’t really answered my question. So bare with me.
In my case, this is the second x theme we have purchased. First one works great no problems. The second however is on a staging site right now and the only tabs on the left are dashboard and profile. At the top of the dashboard, it says “This X license is not validated. Fix. But when you click the ‘fix” link it takes you to page that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. So I’m at a loss at what I can do to get it up and running.
