    Scratching my head here!!

    Have purchased new licence, and tried to validate but keep getting this error code?

    Any advice please?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Your site is redirecting to your ip, check your browser navbar, and that is why it is not validating.

    Did you start to build this website on your ip before connecting to the domain?

    If yes you might want to use the plugin Better Search and Replace and replace

    Your validation will work once that is fixed.

    Thanks for providing the information. I have managed to log in to your cpanel and edited the database to resolve the redirect to our staging site. I also went ahead and validated your site.
