    Dear Sir,
    I have an issue with a video I have on my home page. From the dashboard, using cornerstone I can clearly see the video in the middle of the page.
    If I log out from wordpress and try to see it as a regular visitor, the video is NOT there :-0
    Do you know how I can see the video again (in the past i m sure it worked just fine)

    Hi Marco,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi There,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    it was the w3 total cache plug in. I deactivated it, and now it works
