    Hi Dk,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

We need to check if the file is really not existing. If it exist on the location, this might be a server issue.

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hello There,

Regretfully we cannot give an email address. Please be advised that we have several staff working 24/7 with different timezones. It would be good if any of our staff could access the site for easier and faster support. Meanwhile, it seems that you are using a legacy child theme. I am just guessing because I do not have any clue of the url of your site. Please check out this topic which can resolve your issue: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/child-theme-updates/

    Hope this helps.

    Hi There,

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this after the update. What you’re seeing is a result of the X CSS path structure being changed back in version 4.3.3. You can fix this by using the updated child theme format that isn’t stack specific. Or you can update the path in style.css of your child theme. For more information on this process, take a look at the 4.3.3 release notes: http://theme.co/changelog/#theme-4-3-3

    Thanks.
