    When I provide the purchase code it says that the code is already in use. I am having issues with Cornerstone but I understand that the Theme X already has Cornerstone in it, which isn’t working for me on WordPress under a Cpanel.

    Hi There,

    Can you explain with more details your issue?

    You tried to install X and it did not work?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Pav,

    I have checked your site and I can see X is already validated so the Cornerstone is. So not really sure what you are facing right now. It’s already validated successfully and automatic updates are on now. So you can start developing your site.

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing back!

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If this doesn’t help, kindly let us know. We’d be happy to further investigate the issue.

    It worked! I haven’t gone in to activate any of the other plugins again as I’ve been on a roll having to create pages, but I will go back in and add them later to figure out which one doesn’t work with Cornerstone.

    Thank you very much for the help. I have a company I’ve been trying to ask for help from for the last several months on the issue and they didn’t have any responses for me and your team was able to help me within two days. Thank you!
