breepearParticipantI installed Theme X on a wordpress multisite of mine (badmedacinelaw.com) but the theme isn’t appearing when you browse there. I’ll attach login details below.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! When you are on a multisite setup, you can find all the themes and you must enable the theme in My Sites > Network Admin > Themes. If the theme is not enabled, you cannot see it when you visit the dashboard of one of your site.
Hope this helps.

breepearParticipantThe theme appears now, but I can’t edit it with Cornerstone. Please let me know what to do to edit it.

breepearParticipantOn any page I go to I can’t access the cornerstone interface and when I go to the customize section the menu appears but the site doesn’t show up on the right.

RahulModeratorThanks for writing in!
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
