    Hello,

    I recently purchased X theme.

    I uploaded it and when promoted entered in my license code. All it does it send me to a blank page and nothing happens.

    I’ve tried this on both my laptop and desktop with no difference.

    The blank page URL is:

    Mysite.com//wp-admin/admin.php?

    Please advise.

    Hey Jovana,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It sounds like you’re in localhost. Regretfully, we will need you to setup an online development site so we could investigate.

    If you already have set an live dev site, please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP.

    Hello Jovana,

    Thank you for the credentials. Please validate X theme first:https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
    Then do let us know after that so we can investigate while it is validated.

    Hi There,

    Upon checking your setup I recommend you deleting your X Theme via CPANEL, downloading a fresh version and re-installing.

    Everything is installed corectly but it is possible that something god corrupted during your theme installation.

    Once you do that, please follow the guide above.
