hi
i keep getting a theme verificaiotn request each time i want to update the newer version , even though everything has already been verified

Hello There,

We’re sorry you’re having this issue.
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

sorry but i dont have an option to revoke the validation… what next? the links keep taking me in circles from one stage to another and i cannot complete this validation

let me elaborate –
in my wordpress dashboard i go to updates and try to update X theme or cornerstone
i get a success message with an error saying i have to validate x
i press th link and reach the Addons > home page
i login the support center
and there i stop – it seems i need to find my API key or revoke the theme and it is impossible to navigate to the right place…

What is the current version of your theme? If your version of X is older than 4.4.0, please follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/ and update x manually via FTP.

Next follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ to validate your product.

Yours is 4.1.1, so please follow the link https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/ and update x manually via FTP.
We’ve made changes on how x validates your site and there will be no API key like before, theme gets validate by its purchase code. Please check this link : https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

Your site is not validated so there is no option for revoking validation.
Please login to your themeco account and assign your site domain to purchase code, check this link : https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

Please try accessing this link:

Revoke and re-assign it her, clean your web browser Cache and try to validate it again at your Wp-Admin Dashboard.

Make sure you have all the security and cache plugins off during the process and browser cache clean.

If that does not work,would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials
– Envato Purchase Code

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
