Hi Adwin,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site you are trying to validate
– WordPress Admin username / password
– Purchase Code

Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. Kindly update your theme to latest version. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

Also please follow the installation video to understand it better – https://community.theme.co/kb/theme-installation/

After installing latest version of X, kindly remove the older version Cornerstone that you are using completely. It will be installed and validated by X automatically.

Hi There,

You need to update your X|Theme and Cornerstone to the latest version. But since you can not validate your site, you need to do the updating manually (via FTP). Follow this guide Updating Your Theme and Plugins.
