    Hi, my theme is validated but my cornerstone and visual composer say they are not registered or activated. When I try they ask me to buy a license?

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Your X and Cornerstone is validated properly, no issue. Visual Composer is an Integrated Plugin of X. You don’t need to activate it to use with X and there is no license key provided for integrated plugins. However if you want the premium features (i.e. support from WPBakery) then you need to purchase a separate license from CodeCanyon. And you will get automatic updates through Themeco channel (check from Dashboard > Updates), so don’t worry about that.

    Hi there,

    Which editor? I just checked and it’s working properly. Would you mind providing some screenshots of the issue? Please try disabling TinyMCE Advanced plugin then check it again.
