Every time I upload the theme to my file manager and attempt to customize it, it causes a fatal error in the website coding. Here is the error message. Please help!

Please deactivate the X shortcode then try to upload the X theme again.
If it doesn’t work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link login to your site
– WordPress Admin username / Password

Also, there are errors when I try to install any of the additional add-ons. See attached screenshot for reference.

Kindly give us the link to your site so that we could check this.
For the meantime, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
