    Today I updated X theme. While doing updates, I also added SSL to my site.

    1. Now, my purchase code no longer works.
    2. the theme stylesheet is missing and the site has reverted back to a default theme – not x theme.

    please advise thank you

    Hey Anthony,

    It sounds like you haven’t setup SSL correctly. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – cPanel / FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
