Hi,
my licence key is validated but when I update to the new theme from the ‘updates’ section of my WP I get this error:

The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

Enabling Maintenance mode…

Updating Theme X (1/1)
An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.
Disabling Maintenance mode…

All updates have been completed.

If you have gone through it and are still running into issues, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
