    Hello,

    I need some clarification regarding extending theme support. I purchased the extended support when I licensed X, but my 12 months expires in a couple weeks. Is there a way to extend support past 12 months? The email I received from Envato made it appear I could extend support but the link provided only brought up X theme with options for purchasing a new license plus 6-12 months of support. I don’t need another license, but I’d love to have access to the support forum for more than 12 months.

    If this is not possible, will I lose access to this forum when the 12 months expires?

    Hello,

    Thank you but I already read that thread and it doesn’t completely answer my question, nor does the link it contains. I understand that I will continue to be able to update X past the 12 months. I understand also that I will be able to access the forum. Will I still be able to ask questions on the forum though? No info is provided in that thread for what to do past a 12 month mark, that I could find. Apologies if I’m missing something.

    If you would like to ask questions after 12 months we kindly ask to access Themeforest and purchase extended support of your already purchased X Theme.

    Hi Joao,

    This is what I was originally trying to do. However when I go to the page the only option for getting extended support that I can see is to buy another license, as I’ve already purchased the full 12 months for my original license. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I’m seeing. Do you have a direct link to where to find extended support for an already purchased theme? I feel like I’m missing something obvious here. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi Katie,

    Go to Themeforest > Downloads > Click on X Theme > Renew Support.

    To acesss the downloads you need to hover your name on the top right corner.
