Archive / Theme license validated under test URL instead of live URL

    Our old web developer accidentally validated all our Theme licenses when the sites where still in the test link phase – (griffiniwnkdigital.com/southwestbank) for example. Now that the sites are live under different URLs it is saying that they can’t be validated. Southwbank.com – is there a way to remedy this situation so I can get the site validated in order to update the theme, we are having issues with cornerstone.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! You can always reassign the URL you set on your purchased code. Please go to your Manage licenses page here: https://community.theme.co/my-account/

    Press the small x icon on the left side of the assigned URL. That should free your purchased code so you can assign it to another URL.
