    Hello,

    Our theme has been invalidated for some reason and I can’t find the conflict. I’ve revoked access and tried to re-add it, but when I add the product key, I’m taken to a blank page.

    On the plugins page, I’m also presented with this error:

    Fatal error: Class ‘X_Update_API’ not found in /home/reclaimn/www/www/20161004/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/addons/updates/class-plugin-updater.php on line 205

    Any advice?

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    It seems you are using older version of WordPress and X and X is not validated yet. Kindly update WordPress to latest version, validate X and then try updating X and the plugins. If you still face any issue, let us know.
