John EzraMemberHi Beth,
Thanks for writing in! You may need to update your child theme.
https://theme.co/changelog/#theme-4-3-3
Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. I did it for you. You had to change just one line in your Child Theme’s style.css and it was pretty straight forward so not really sure why you are so frustrated about this. If you have any hard time understanding the language or instruction, you can always reach to us and we are here to assist you. So there is no point of being frustrated that early as long as we are here for help, chill 🙂
However we always recommend to check the Changelog before performing any update to avoid such issue. So clearly you skipped the changelog and did the update. Kindly make sure to check the changelog before performing an update.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!

Eric TParticipantI activated all of the plugins after you fixed my website and it went back to how it was before you fixed it after I updated X. So I deactivated all the plugins and activated them one at a time and found that the
W3 Total Cache plugin caused it to go back. Do you know why it wouldn’t work since the update? How can I fix this? Thanks, Eric

RupokMemberHi Eric,
Thanks for updating. W3 Total Cache is a very sensitive plugin as like other caching and security plugins and should be configured correctly. X already minifies it’s scripts so if you are trying to minify them again then you might end up corrupting them. So kindly make sure to handle the settings properly. As it’s a third party plugin, we can’t help much on this.
Thanks for understanding.
