    Hello,

    I’m working on a client’s site running X theme, and the theme and plugins fail to update.

    When attempt to update X theme I get the following error:

    An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.

    I get a similar error when attempting to update plugins such as cornerstone or slider revolution.

    Site URL: northwestbalanceddogtraining.com
    Wordpress Version: 4.6
    X version: 4.3.4
    Cornerstone Version: 1.1.3

    Hi There,

    Please revoke the current license by clicking this button under X – Addons page:

    http://i.imgur.com/XXojQNx.png

    Then revalidate your site again.

    When I go to the X-Addons page my screen looks like this (attached). The revoke validation button isn’t there. I also can’t generate another API key either, as that feature doesn’t seem to exist on my themeco community dashboard anymore.

    Hi There,

    Since you have an older version of x|theme and can’t validate your site. Please update your x|theme via Manual Updates guide provided here.
