Paul RModeratorHi,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
It is possible, since it works on customizer, you can also try this code instead.
body .x-sidebar.right { border-radius: 5px !important; background-color: #ffedbb !important; padding: 15px !important; }Hope it helps

RadModeratorHi there,
You’re right, it’s not displaying the CSS I added. It’s still outputting the old CSS even though I added the changes in the customizer.
Does your site has some sort of cache feature? I’m not referring to browser’s cache, but a server-side cache.
No matter what I do, it’s not taking effect in the front. The CSS is correct, it’s not just outputted.
Thanks!

GeorgDickParticipantThank you Rad. As far as I know there is no server-side cache. But I can check again.
In the meantime I tried to create some clouring by bringing it to the widgets themselves. In this contect I have an additional question. As you see in the attached picture I would like to have no outer white container, and also no border line. The inner content now in yello should cover the whole box. Is it possible to do it by CSS. Do you have a suggestion.
Thank you

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Did you manage to fix your Customizer?
You need to add the following CSS on your Appereance > Customizer > Custom > CSS or on the syle.css of your child theme.
.entry-wrap { background: none; box-shadow: none; }Let us know if you need further assistance,

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have check your site and I could not find the given css. When I try to insert it in the customizer, the customizer will not saved. Upon inspection, there are several plugins that are out dated. These out dated plugins may have caused incompatibility issues and may have created errors in your site. Could please update all the plugins to its latest versions?
I would also recommend that you re install WordPress core. There might be some files that are corrupted. If nothing else works, would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can take a closer look?
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– FTP Hostname
– FTP Username
– FTP PasswordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I see several not commented text in your CSS file, see the attachment.
If you didn’t add them to your file, they could had been added by one of your plugins.
