spiritoflifeParticipantWe just bought the theme for our new ecommerce site that we have hooked up with Woocommerce and The Square. We have pulled in our products with a sync process but it looks like we will have to manually put the items in cornerstone which will not work for our syncing process. Would we be able to remove the theme and get a refund. Or is there a way for us to use our Square and Woocommerce sync without having to manually put the items in cornerstone. We have over 200 items in our store. We are operating wordpress 4.6.1, and we have woocommerce square 1.0.11. Our website is https://thewellokc.com/.

RupokMemberHi there,
I am not entirely sure about your issue. If you already have the products, why you need to add them in Cornerstone? Are you rebuilding with Cornerstone? If you are rebuilding then it’s not a compatibility issue and it could not be a reason to get refund. Would you clarify a bit what you are doing right now?

spiritoflifeParticipantWe bought the xtheme for our 2nd website which we are using woocommerce for it as a shop with products that we can sync to our square software. Now my question is that we used cornerstone for our other website and had to create everything in it so will we have to do the same thing for each of our products on this site in order to have them show up? And will it sync with cornerstone properly or is there a way to not use cornerstone. And if so did we buy this theme without realizing that cornerstone would not integrate with our store properly?

RupokMemberHi there,
If you have already created products with Cornerstone and want to move it to another site them you can export the pages and import to new site. To do this :
1. Click on Templates on your Cornerstone editor – http://prntscr.com/8rlr3k
2. Click Save to save the page as template – http://prntscr.com/8rlreo
3. Click Upload and upload the downloaded template to another site you want to use the page.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for explaining. Cornerstone is a page builder but it’s not necessary to use Cornerstone for all the page/post/products. And you don’t need to sync anything with Cornerstone. Just consider it as another editing option and continue what you did earlier with the other plugin.
Hope this makes sense.
