    Just installed X Theme. Installing Add-Ons. All install except The Grid. I get this message.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_add_shortcode_param() in /home/spirita8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-grid/backend/the-grid-shortcode.php on line 161

    Can you help. This is above my head. I’ve used the Grid on other sites that I’ve used on the same Hosting service. 🙁

    Hi Fred,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey there,

    Please remove the plugin using FTP and install it again from dashboard > X addons > Extensions.

    Not sure what the issue was. But I went through my plugins and deactivated and deleted things I wasn’t using. Now it works.

    @Fredbutson did you have Essential Grid active? I disabled only that plugin and then The Grid appeared. Wondering if they don’t play nice together.
