I cannot create a preview of a grid that will actually show video. I’ve tried using video urls as well as a playlist url. Each time it says “No content was found for the current Channel/Playlist/Videos. I have tried with multiple API’s, making sure the settings are configured for None in the restrictions option and making sure when I copy and paste into the plug in that I’m not pasting any spaces before or after the key. I’ve tried downloading the demo grids and modifying them as well, but to no avail. It just won’t display videos. Could you please help? My site url is encouragementforyou.com and it is running wordpress version 4.7

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your grid and you may have set it up incorrectly. You only need to insert the Video ID and not the whole URL.

Bam! That was it. For anyone else reading this who wants exact instructions, I was putting the whole string into the Youtube Video box where it says to enter the id. So put this in “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnhDyc7AZ5U” when all I needed to enter was this “MnhDyc7AZ5U” (just the info between the quotation marks). Thanks so much for your help!
